Looks like there is a large D under pluribus on reverse as well as looks like a D and S near mint mark and of course idk why the color looks like this. Also near monticello looks doubled by the O. Weight 4.68 grams

Can't see much of anything in these pics. Nickels do not have a clad covering.

Maybe Pareidolia @jw3? There is so much wear on this nickel that it any doubling or dropped letters would need to have been really pronounced in order to still be visible.

Looks like a dug Nickel find . This is not a clad coin .
