1943 Half Dollar Multiple "1"? Error

I can't tell if this has multiple "1" in the date, or if this is an edge error on the date. If that's the case though, why isn't the edge messed up? Has anyone else ever seen something like this or have any thoughts on rarity or value? Report this Post to the Staff
