5.67g is the expected weight of a 2009-D clad quarter. You should post more pics, but I bet it's just stained/discolored to create a copper appearance.

We see this many times on the forum where it is just discoloured from
environmental damage. As stated, please post photos of both sides.
Hard to tell much when we can't see the coin.
