Hey thanks for your time, just noticed an extra D under the first 1 in the date. The coin is not in the best shape, but I thought this looked suspicious.

Not that it is not raised?
If it is not raised, then it is not a mintmark. It would be a stain.

The mintmark puncheon would make an incuse mark on the die from the hit, thus making the area raised on a coin.

Just a stain from Post Strike Damage ( PSD). Not an error or RPM.
