I just found my first ever (after years of searching) 1983 LMC DDR today while CRH-ing. I guess perseverance pays off... Now if only I can find a 1984 DDO...

It was in a customer wrapped roll from a local bank. Going back tomorrow for some additional rolls, just in case it may have been from part of a collection dump. You never know...

Incredible find! It must have been a collection dump, because of it being in MS BU condition! Please make sure that it goes into a 2x2 for protection, since you don't want anything happening to it.

A truly special find. Great coin and good luck mining for more from that source! If there's one in there your odds are much improved that there may be another.

I am considering having this slabbed. I have never had a coin slabbed before. Is it necessary to become a member of PCGS, NGC, etc. to get it certified? I just don't want the cost to excede the potential value of the coin. Thanks...
