@asertek, first welcome to ccf. Second, it looks like there might have been some grease in the die for the last two letters of PLURIBUS.

Well not exactly. From what I have seen, if the grease causes major areas to be not struck up properly, there can be a premium. In the specific case of this coin;however, I suspect it is only worth face value.
