1960 D Possible Error On Date?

I found a penny with something wrong with the 0 in the date. I think it way be an error, but I am well aware that it could be PMD. A penny for your thoughts?

The "0" in the date shows pushed over and flattened metal, from taking a well placed hit. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD).
