1999 Connecticut 25¢ piece with die cracks on both sides, circled in red. Any idea of value of this coin?

@rsh, first welcome to CCF. Second, close-up pics would help, but it does look like you have a couple die cracks. Unfortunately, I don't think that there would be much if any premium over face value for this coin.

Those are Die Cracks. Although, as said, not very much, if any premium over face value for this.
