Saudi perhaps? Pretty confident it's silver from the looks of it.

For those of us who can;t read Arabic (myself included!) some tips:
- Most modern (post WWII) Saudi coins for circulation bear the national emblem which is crossed swords under a palm tree
- An image of a mosque is most often (though not always) a tell for coins of Afghanistan and Egypt
