So this one is pretty rough, I doubt it's worth anything and it may not be the easiest to ID. I figure if anyone can, this is the place! My guess is that it's British and maybe pre-19th century? I only have the world coin books back to 1800, so if that's the case I won't find it.

Pre-19th century? Certainly. Looks Roman Imperial, perhaps 1st century or thereabouts. Standing female deity/personification (Moneta? Fortuna?) on the reverse, holding a cornucopia. Maybe an AE from Domitian?

I recommend getting the attention of the Roman experts over in the Ancients/Medieval section. I suspect this belongs there.
