I'm not sure if this is a large die crack on the reverse or what it is, please let me know. Attached are pictures of the obverse, reverse, and at an angle of the reverse.

Looks like something "stuck" on the coin. Glue maybe?

Just some type of stuck residue. Not an error coin.
