At first I thought it was PMD but not sure now. All the marks are raised. I described under the pictures what I see, anybody know what it may be.

Starts under the U to N in United and stops at the wing.

They start again from left wing to the foot. Few between the feet, start again on the right side of the right foot.

I'm not sure if what is on top of the left wing under the beak is part of the bottom or something entirely different.
