Questionable surfaces, and that scratch on the neck really jumps out.

Yes ,to an unsuspecting collector . Like coinfrog says, questionable surfaces . and with that gash on neck says to stay away.

This went for about $300. This guy has a lot of barbers with good features but which are cleaned or flawed or both.

It has been in a soft PVC flip or album page for too long.
Scratch on neck doesn't help.
OK buy at perhaps $90, but not at $300.
