Should be a Details grade but PF 60/62 would not surprise me,

Do the scratches run right up to the details but not over them? Or is that because the fields were mirror making the cleaning show up more?

PR62 lots of hairlines, I've seen proofs like this straight grade too.

On this one it looks like some of the scratch lines might be on the holder. You can see some of the lines cross the rim, especially on the reverse. I'll guess PR63, depending on if the hairlines are on the coin.

It does look like the scratches are on the holder but I can't be 100% sure from those photos.
