I just acquired this coin on ebay from a new seller. I took a calculated risk, since there was lot of fake ones being peddled by Ukrainian sellers not long ago. It only cost $24. Perhaps someone familiar with these would be so kind as to offer an opinion. The dealer does accept returns.

I'd never buy something like this unless it was certified, and has a pic out on the TPG website.
