Was on a 2-day business trip, so I decided to take the time and go through a box. Here are my stats: 7 wheaties - 1942-D, 1944, 1951-D, 1953-D, two 1955-D, and 1958-D 6 1959 and 1959-D cents A goodly amount of 1960's cents and a lot of 1970's cents. Oh yes .... 7 Canadian cents.

Nice finds! Don't forget to pick out the errors and varieties, if you collect those.

Nothing too old. I don't have them with me now, but they were mainly 1990's and 2000's.

I think we all are dying to know.... Did you pack a box of pennies, or did you pick one up on the road?

I packed it. Of course there is more to the story ..... The trip was originally planned for early April and I picked up a box to take with me. The trip was cancelled due to a big snow storm. So the box sat on the floor of my car for a month waiting for the rescheduled trip.

I thought the cleaning staff might wonder what was going on with all those wrappers in the trash.
