Post Strike Damage ( PSD), not an error. I can see displaced metal from a hit.

I know it is not an error and brings no premium. I just think it is damaged in a way that makes him look like he is smoking and is neat. I will post a 'less glare' photo. To me, it almost looks intentional, like a counterstrike.

Looks like a linear plating issue to me if it is raised. If is is incuse, then a struck through error or coin damage. Just can't tell for sure from the images provided.
