The image is greatly enlarged - it is hard to imagine these tiny spots even visible in hand.

The fields appear to be a bit hazy and there's a rub mark below the chin all the way across the shoulder where the toning was removed some, numerous fly specks.

I agree with Thad. That mark below Lincolns head is a tiny bit distracting. 64 from me. Nice coin despite that!

I think it would easily grade MS-65 if submitted.
