Are you certain it is Honorius ?
The only letters I can barely make out on the Obverse look like - SIVS, this would make it Theodosius I or ii.
Most likely the 2nd if I were to have a stab.

You are right. I read the first two letters (last two before the break) as NO, but they could be DO. And SIUS is actually a better match than RIUS.
