By the way, just to answer to Sap, it happened to me to find some very rare out of collar errors or partial collars coins that have circulated (especially from the period of the Kingdom, here in Italy). They are called "Bordo Largo" here (large edge). The people not always care or see the errors, also numismatists, believe me.
In the case of this 10 francs the edge look different, normally is flat, here is porous, that's way I liked to get your ideas on it.
