I see some minor MD, but that's it. There is no die doubling.  to CCF!

As to your ? about 'is the such a thing?' Certanly, this is one example I pulled off Brian's site, a '56 PF 5c.

 Thank you for your feedback. Sure surprised me... This looks like more of an example of doubling than the example taken from Brian's website?

That's Machine Doubling, since the devices have been reduced in size, and is shelflike in appearance.

Machine Doubling is often more easily visible than true die doubling (or quadrupling) as shown in the pic of the '56 proof nickel.
