1996-P Lincoln Cent Skull Crack, Interior Die Break And Spike Head?

Appears to be a Skull Crack on Lincolns forehead, Interior Die Break that intersects at the Skull Crack and travels down to the Eyebrow and below the Eye. Also a Spike Head intersects the Skull Crack on the Obverse? Any thoughts? Thanks.
