1946 S LWC Inverted S Stage B? Hard For Me To Tell If Yes Or No.

While searching through a mixed bag of cents I found this 1946 S LWC that looks like it could be inverted and possibly be a stage B. It is awful hard for me to say yay or nay. The last pic was borrowed from VV. Insight please.

OH,It's mms-004...not mms-006


Edited: lets remember that in 1946 the San Fran. mint used 3 different mint marks mms-004,mms-006 (which was inverted on some dies)and mms-007...I believe Jims coin is mms-004 normal cent

As GF stated , this is the wrong style mintmark to be the inverted variety. This is a Serif mintmark, the inverted one was a Ball Serif
