Ive always collected odd and older coins. I recently learned of all the errors etc. I was going through some of my 80's pennies and came across this. Is this an error? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

With the letter transfer and bulge on the obverse, and the indention on the reverse, it appears some one stacked two coins, then hit the top one (this coin) with a chisel or flat bladed screw driver. Appears to be PSD
