1970 D Wheat Penny With Errors - Coin Community Forum

Ipdaman New Member United States 5 Posts	Posted 05/20/2019 12:45 am Vintage from the 1970s A Vintage 1970 Lincoln Cent with several errors, On the Obverse it has slight doubling on the "date" and "Edges"... On the reverse there are two mint errors starting with the bottom right corner of the memorial there are no designer's initials "F/G" standing for Frank Gasparro and looking at the top of the Lincoln Memorial you'll see that the roof actually appears to be floating because of missing design elements making me think that this coin is worth more than I think please help if you can Report this Post to the Staff

The FG is very faint, but noticeable and roof isn't completely detached (like a "floating roof"). Those are both caused by die polishing and don't add any value for me in this case. They are both close to missing, but not quite. Keep searching!
