Second place is the inside curve on the '9'. Note the two different hubs used that year? The ODV-026 is the one that has the small date. Just used on the Small date for that year. The ODV-027 had the same date area, but the bowtie was enhanced in 1971. http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...arieties.htm Note the differences on the ODV (Obverse-Die-Varieties) as they changed through the years.
