1970 Date Issue On The 9 Of This Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC

The only thing I question is the damage or scratch in there is not that bad enough to cause disfigurement to the copper. That it sits between the 1 and the 9. I'll have to try and get a better shot. Joshredoz New Member Australia 18 Posts	Posted 05/22/2019 05:25 am I've taken a few of the old coins I have and have tried to replicate it. The small and very shallow line doesn't work following that as the cause of damage. Trying to use tools to replicate the same type of Thing with the 9 has not been fruitful as well. I'll try a couple more times. How do you think this could have happened. Report this Post to the Staff
