Scanning through coins and came across this 2006 D South Dakota Mount Rushmore quarter. It looks to me like is an extra eye above Jefferson's right eye. Appreciate any thoughts.

All the eyes look like they are affected with MD also. But agree the other mark is a contact mark. Roosevelt's eye also looks funny also.
