1971-P-Dime---Possible-DDR---Need-Opinions

I am wondering if this would be a DD Reverse because I do not find anything online about this. It is from a 1971 P mint set. I am new to coins and do not have a lot of knowledge of my own yet.

Machine doubling, not a DDR. Note how the letters have actually decreased in size due to the MD.

Thanks for the opinions. I personally can't see the size difference in the letters but I am new to this. I did notice that all the doubling seems to be isolated to a small area. Is this typical for Machine Doubling or would that happen all over the design as well?
