Certainly not less than 58, but if it's MS (could well be), I'd say 66. Outstanding coin.

It's MS 65. The biggest issue, in my mind, is a scratch on the forward leg of the bear. Best seen in the 3rd photo. IT's not very deep, so I guess it squeaked by, but it's there.

My initial look/guess was going to be AU-something. Perhaps the weak strike and (to me) distracting dark splotchy toning were factors.

MS65 - OK - so it is as a technical grade.

I don't think it's a "technical" grade at all. It's just a toner with beautiful surfaces that are perhaps distorted by the flashback in these pics.
