It looks like plastic was stamped, and then flipped over, and perfectly placed over "One Dime"

to CCF. It does look like clear glue. You can try soaking it in 100% pure acetone,not regular nail polish remover though.

Ah yes..Probably 2 dimes with glue between, and then separated(and the dried glue stayed on my dime).Before I looked closely(and read the letters), I thought it was a struck through plastic retained(oh what excitement!). As a 6-month coin roll hunting newbie, this will most likely go with my other most exciting find: A 2-headed nickel! This one just took me longer to figure out..Thanks for the help!

Note the extra devices you are seeing the 'MA' are mirrored from another coin that had glue on it. When pulled apart it leaves a mirror device.
