I think it's technically an MS coin with minor environmental damage on the reverse.

Yeah. I'm in the MS61 camp, could be MS62, but environmental damage either way that hurts it significantly. Too bad, it was pretty at one point I bet and obviously someone tried to take care of it.

Obverse isn't that bad other than a soft strike . reverse kills all chances of a decent grade . MS-62
