1964 D With DD Or MD On Throat, Nose Bridge, And Errored "S"

Hi cool peps,
So this 1964 D RED Lincoln Cents I'm noticing some things I would like feedback on.
The "S" seemed to be damaged at PMD but the looking at it closer it seems to be an error. Due to the only part being affected and not the field.
The DD or MD seems interesting with it being the only areas on the coin with this scenario.

Machine Doubling. The S shows a Die Chip I think.
