It's not rare or a Doubled Die. Just common Machine Doubling on the devices. This is seen a lot unfortunately. Worth face value.

Note the 'B' on LIBERTY. See how the bottom part is reduced by the Machine Doubling? This is a striking issue. A doubled die has the doubling n the die and enlarges the devices:
1967-DD-Lincoln-1c-Is-This-A-Rare-DD
Note the top image, this is a normal coin compared to s a strong DDO. So to restate the differences: Machine Doubling reduces the size of the devices. A doubled die enlarges most of them in a row.
