I know some of these marks ard probably PSD, but there are a few spots that look raised. Such as on the M of America. Any info would be much appreciated. :) Thank you!!

Looks like PSD to me.
Analogy would be like a snow plow going down the street, some of the snow gets pushed to the side. My best guess.

I am no expert but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.
