That's called a Vise Job. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD), not an error coin. It's only worth face value and it is safe to spend.

This coin is damaged. Possible: On a construction site, someone took Three Cents and put them between to 2X4's and hit the coins on top each other. This transfers the rim devices onto the center coin. (This one is probably the center coin) The coins were common altering the center one. Not a mint issue. Just PSD. (Post-Strike-Damage) Spendable unless you are saving copper. The damage cancels out any potential value if the coin were a collectable coin. (which it is not)

Thanks guys I kinda figured what got me was the alignments. It looks as if the back of the coin was used to stamp the front. Someone must have taking there time and clocked them just so. Well I appreciate you guys and ill be spending any free time reading through the forums.
