Do almost all 1963 D Cents show this doubling under the chin and somewhat less along the front of Lincoln?

I believe that was caused by the die being re-engraved/retooled. It may looked doubled but it is extremely common.

Thanks!! I figured that to be the case when I saw three coins with that shadow. the one pictured is just the most prominent.
