I found a lot of double die coins in the same Quarter box. This is one of them. I compared this issue with the Wexler's site. http://doubleddie.com/1445861.html

Not WDDR-001 I think. Doubling doesn't seem to match. Did you check for die markers? Definitely a DDR, but not from that die I don't think.

Might be another new DDR. Doubling is thinner than WDDR-001 and further left than WDDO-004.
