I found a lot of double die coins in the same Quarter box. This is one of them. I compared it with the Wexler's site. http://doubleddie.com/1467540.html

Definitely a DDR, but not WDDR-049, since the doubling is not correct. Try matching it a couple more times on doubleddie.com, and see if you can match it. Also, look for the die markers as well.
