Wrong planchet? Doesn't appear to be acid dipped or have filed down marks--rim still has full detail, which is about the only thing on this quarter that does!

The coin shows a concave/convex appearance to it. It's definitely not an error coin. PSD. This did not happen at the U.S. Mint.
