So this coin I got just before my 1951 D I posted yesterday is from what I can see a 1938-D 1¢ WRPM-001 D/D West and from the markers looks like stage A. Appreciate if I can get a second opinion. Am I on the right track?

That's awesome! I think it's Stage A, since the die markers seem to be correct. Did you find this?

No it was given to me no charge, by a generous donor.

Yes I always struggle with getting the lighting and Color right.

Small world, yes I did, sharp eyes but you have to have sharp eyes to spot rpms. Another case in point I spotted an interesting coin, bought it but rec'd a replacement. Never had any problems with this vendor so I didn't want to leave a negative, I would have been ok with a refund for that coin but he refunded the whole order and let me keep the 1938 D. That's why I buy from him, good customer service.
