Here's the British 50p coin issued in 1994 for the 50th anniversary of D-Day: The Royal Mint is re-issuing this design as part of a set of five 'military' 50 pence coins, with the date 2019. The 2019 50p will be of the smaller size unlike the original 1994 coin which was larger.
