I found this coin at a jewelery shop that had a few coins. Their is a faint outline of a feather barely noticeable. Is this considered a 2 tail feather buffaloIs-This-A-2-Tail-Feather-Buffalo? IMG]http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/...cture013.jpg Is-This-A-2-Tail-Feather-Buffalo?

My feeling is that there's too much of that feather showing to call it a 2-feather.

I am not familiar enough with that variety to make the call, but it looks intriguing.

It looks to be cleaned to me as well. The pictures show a gold color because I believe my white balance was off. It sure looks close to a 2 tail feather variety. I liked it for 3$. Was there a certain year or MM the 2 feather variety came from?

2-feather Buffalos are known for a number of dates/mints, but I don't have a list.
