I Had Some Questions On Obverse Of 1984 D LMC

What is going on towards rim of coin? There's a raised line around IGWT and on Reverse by one cent. There's raised areas above Liberty that look like claw marks. above date has more areas, that don't have a raised appearance. Possibly scratches ? Idk. Than on his face, there's areas that are raised around his smile on cheek and his eye looks weird. (Not the gouge out damage of it). Didn't know if his ear possibly had a slight doubling.

Line around the rim is a worn die issue. Lines above LIBERTY looks like a copper plating issue.
