1960 D RD Lrg, Date Penny With D.cr.o & Greased Memorial

Hi gang,

I found a roll of un-circulated 1960 D Large Date Pennies that are absolutely beautiful. I have ran into my 5th Die Crack on the Forehead of Lincoln. On the reverse there is some greased out steps and 2nd tier on the memorial.

Any feedback is welcome please.

Are these know varieties?
What would you grade this coin?
Does a greased scenario on a coin decrease value?

What does " D.cr.o" mean ? As far as the reverse steps go, as the die ages less and less of the steps will be defined.. Looks like a normal cent to me no added nor decreased value. Graded XF
