It has the looks, strike, color, and rims of an IHC proof. We do have a sort of expert on IHC proofs, I'll send him over here for his opinion.

MS...but nice coin. You can see the cartwheel effect on the reverse. I don't see IHP proof with the cartwheel effect like that. MS strike all the time while in mint state or close......and I even like the color.

Doc raises valid point. Worth having graded even if just MS - spectacular color will carry this coin.
