I'm not sure which one that you would call these since we did not pass this date yet (1st week of 2020). I got these the other day directly from the bank. They have never been used and they are uncirculated. I am also unsure about these notes since the year precedes the day and the month. Just thought that I would share.

Sequential-$20-Birthday-Notes-Or-Bornday-Notes?

Nice. If you can hang on to that much money I would. You need to put them in holders, and when the time comes sell on the bay.
