I heard that the 1980 penny is hard to find in high grades, is this true? And what grade would this one be? How much is this worth?

I wouldn't put any BU coin on your skin. The oils and salts don't react well with that contact. The coin looks like a nicer early die state. Keep it in a 2X2 and hand coins with gloves or make sure to hold them by the edges of the coins and prevent something touching the faces of the coin.

No, it is not true. 1980 Lincoln Cents are common in high grades.

I can't say much about the penny, but I will say that it is the strangest backdrop for a coin photo I've seen.
