This is a new discovery as I can't find any on the websites to reference. I have submitted a lot of coins and they are always machine. I now see the difference. Is this something to possibly get excited about having possible value?

Thanks

Not a Doubled Die, sorry. Machine Doubling is whay you have. Devices have been reduced in size and is shelflike in appearance. I would suggest researching about legitimate Doubled Dies.

Here's information on Machine Doubling and other types of doubling. http://doubleddie.com/144801.html

Note the two images with the single devices in the image:

Note how the metal was pushed back from the Machine Doubling, reducing the size of the devices. On a doubled die, the devices are enlarged with a spread, not reduced.
