it is a tetradrachm from Alexandria , Egypt .
The obverse is :ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ τΡΑΙ ΑΔΡΙΑ ΣΕΒ : Autokrator ( Imperator) Kaisar Traianos Hadrianos Sebastos ( = Augustus)
the reverse : L Η : etous (year ) 8 = 123/124 about , I am not sure here as I can t check it now .
I think you can find a reference in Dattari ( free on internet ) as RIc has only the official Roman coins . albert
